Hello and Welcome to Moor View Holiday Cottage.
Situated in Stanbury this little gem of a village is only one and a quarter miles from Haworth, home of the literary geniuses, the Brontes. It has 3 pubs , spectacular scenery and no shops which in my opinion is a fantastic bonus. The 19th century stone cottage has enough beds for 4 people and if the owners are well behaved, I’m sure we can find room for a little dog. There is a garden to the front which gets the sun all day (when it comes out of course) and a lovely paved sitting area at the back with one of the most stunning views and amazing sunsets you could wish to see. It would be difficult to find a more ideally situated base for your holiday. You will be surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Pennines but within easy reach of some of Yorkshire's finest attractions. Whatever you decide to do on your holiday whether it be walking, cycling, fell running, painting, writing, sight-seeing or just relaxing, Moor View has everything to make your stay cosy and charming. |
The sitting room has the added bonus of a log burning stove (grand in the winter) as well as central heating, and if you are in to cooking you won’t be disappointed with the gas stove or the view out of the kitchen window . Washing up becomes a joyous occasion. The price of the cottage is inclusive of all bills but please bring your own towels.
